The assault caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
